THURSDAY, MARCH 8, 2018

7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Unit Clown President & Judge’s Meeting (TBA)
6:00 p.m. –11:00 p.m. President’s Reception (Hospitality Room) hors d'oeuvres & open bar
FRIDAY, MARCH 9, 2018 SHC Galveston Burns Unit
8:00 a.m. Parking is $10:00 a day which is 1 block from the Hospital.
Behind 801 Postoffice Street (Farley Girls Restaurant) there is a booth there to pay or a box to place money in.
9:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. Registration at Shriners Hospital for Children
Galveston’s Burn Unit on 7th floor. (Auditorium)
9:45 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Opening remarks by Willie “Chilly Willy” Howell (Auditorium)
10:00 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. ALL CLOWNS COMPETING Times is Set. and will check in ½ hr prior to competition.
10:30 a.m. Competition Starts (Auditorium)
Whiteface, Novice, Seniors, Happy Hobo, Tramp and Character Makeup Competition.
Times will run back to back with a 10 minute window to accommodate hospital staff. If additional time is needed it will be announced no later than Thursday.
12:01 p.m. Lunch at the Hospital. (Or after Competition)
When we finish the competition, the lunch room will be open (On Your Own and its Cash) for all members and guest to have lunch along with patients and hospital Staff.
Please be aware if any photos are taken with patients. There must be a photo release signed by the patient’s guardian and hospital Child Life employee. Hospital Staff will be taking pictures and will share with unites after editing.
1:45 p.m. Seminars (if speakers are available) (Auditorium)
2:30 p.m. Tours of the SHC Galveston Burn Unit will be given after seminars.
3:30 p.m. TIME TO GET OUT OF THE HOSPITAL. Some folks have to work.
5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Open Bar (Hospitality Room)
7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. "It’s a Beach Party” and Dinner with Open Bar (Ballroom)
1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Vendors Room Open (TBA)
SATURDAY, MARCH 10, 2018
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Vendors Room Open (Ballroom)
8:00 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. ALL CLOWNS COMPETING Times to be confirmed Thursday when you register. Check-in will be ½ hr prior to your category with a 15 minute check-in time frame.
8:30 a.m. One Man Skit Competition (Ballroom)
9:15 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Two man Skit check-in
9:45 a.m. Two Man Skit Competition (Ballroom)
12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. ****CLOWNS - LUNCH IS ON YOUR OWN****
12:30 p.m. – 1:45 p.m. Ladies Luncheon (The Original Mexican Restaurant).
1:45 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Ladies tour of the Ronald McDonald House (45 minutes)
When you leave the Ronald McDonald House Shopping is on your own. You have the Strand and the Sea Wall which will require driving your own vehicle.
2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. TSCA Business Meeting and Election of Officers (Ballroom)
6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Open Bar (Ballroom)
7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Dinner and Awards Ceremony (Ballroom)
After dinner - 11:00 p.m. (Ballroom Room)
**TICKETS ARE REQUIRED FOR LADIES LUNCHEON, FRIDAY AND SATURDAY DINNERS
Due to time and locations there will be NO President’s Award Team Competition
